Nancy works with buyers, sellers and brokers to effectuate a smooth transaction. She customizes contracts to fit the terms of the deal, which can include such subjects as industry practices and requirements, financing, seller compensation, and post-closing obligations of the parties (non-competes, training). As due diligence and lender review progresses, Nancy works with the parties and their professionals, such as accountants, to resolve issues.
Her representation includes preparing the corporate documents, including entity creation, to achieve necessary lender approval and consummation of the deal, as well as addressing post-closing issues.
Nancy has been involved in numerous institutional, SBA, and private lender transactions and has also served as the closing agent in these transactions.
